# VatScope Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VatScope. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

## Intended use

VatScope displays VATSIM activity and related information for flight simulation. It is not for real-world flight planning, navigation, or safety-critical decisions. Information shown in the app may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

## Third-party content and services

VatScope relies on third parties for network information, maps, weather, navigation data, and purchases. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may change or become unavailable independently of VatScope. Some features may require access to a separate third-party service.

The app’s design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content supplied by third parties remains subject to their rights. Using VatScope does not grant permission to copy or redistribute that content.

## Paid features

VatScope may offer subscriptions and one-time purchases. The available features, price, and billing interval are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase unless you cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. One-time purchases do not renew. Purchased features may require an internet connection or a third-party service to work.

Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests. You can use Restore Purchase in the app to restore eligible purchases. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

## Use of the app

You may use VatScope for its intended purpose. You may not interfere with the app or its servers, overload or automatically extract data from them, bypass paid-feature controls, or use the app in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

## Availability and liability

VatScope and its features may change or become unavailable, including when a third-party service changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of information displayed in the app.

To the extent permitted by law, VatScope is provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate information or from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

## Privacy and changes

The VatScope Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. We may update these terms as the app changes. The date above will show when they were last updated.
